MERIDIAN, Idaho — Crews with the Idaho Transportation Department have cleared the standing water off of Interstate 84 at Eagle Road, following the severe thunderstorm that hit the Treasure Valley Friday night.
Idaho News 6 saw crews out on I-84 at around 1 a.m. Saturday morning, working to mop up the water. Their efforts continued into Saturday evening.

Idaho Transportation Department
The water caused lane closures both eastbound and westbound, causing traffic delays for Treasure Valley commuters.
Cities are still working to pick up the pieces after the storm caused flooding and wind damage.
