A man arrested following an Amber Alert involving his two daughters is back in Boise.

Joshua Dundon was booked into the Ada County Jail last night.  He's been in Nevada since he was taken into custody by the Eureka County Sheriff's Office last month.

Dundon is accused of picking up his two daughters from school in Boise then taking off with them into the Nevada wilderness.  An Amber Alert was issued  on May 15th after they had been missing for several days.

Those girls were both found safe.

Dundon faces two counts of custodial interference.
