TWIN FALLS COUNTY, Idaho — A Minnesota man died Wednesday when his motorcycle collided with a semi-truck on I-84 east of Twin Falls, according to Idaho State Police.
The crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. at milepost 184 when a 63-year-old man from Eagen, Minnesota, riding a 2019 Harley Davidson motorcycle struck a semi-truck as traffic slowed in the westbound lanes.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene. The semi-truck driver, a 26-year-old man from Burley, Idaho, was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured.
The westbound lanes of I-84 were blocked for approximately one hour while crews responded. The incident occurred just two hours after another fatal crash on I-84 near milepost 175.

Multiple agencies assisted with the response, including the Idaho Transportation Department, Jerome County Sheriff's Office, Jerome Rural Fire Department, and Magic Valley Paramedics. The incident remains under investigation by ISP.
