KUNA, Idaho — Ada County deputies are still searching for a man believed to have fallen into the water of Swan Falls Dam.
According to the Ada County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a water rescue at Swan Falls Dam in Kuna at roughly 6:30 p.m. on August 23.
Law enforcement says initial reports indicate that an adult man fell into the water and did not resurface. Crews have been searching for the man by foot, by boat, by drone, and by Life Flight.
While the search started as a rescue, officials say it has now turned into a recovery operation. Search efforts have been suspended for the night due to conditions and visibility.
ACSO says search efforts will continue tomorrow, August 24.
