BOISE, Idaho — Travelers to the Gem State have a new place to rent cars at the Boise Airport.
City and airport leaders will cut the ribbon on the airport’s new Rental Car Center at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1.
The airport says the new $107 million center includes a seven-story garage, a 20,000-square-foot customer service building, and a 4,000-square-foot covered passenger walkway.

The airport says that as part of its yearlong 100th anniversary, it's stepping back into the roaring 1920s. A classic 1926 Ford Model T Touring Car will be on display for the ribbon cutting. They’ll also have a replica roadside general store stocked with snacks.
Idaho News 6 neighborhood reporter Brady Caskey will be at the ribbon-cutting today and will bring you an inside look at the new center this afternoon.
