Joshua J. Alberts of Boise has been charged with first degree murder after police say he shot a man at the scene in the Whispering Pines apartment complex near Cole and Ustick just after 11:45 this morning.
Upon arriving at the scene, witnesses told officers they saw a man shoot another adult male.
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone who may have any information about the shooting who hasn’t spoken to police officers is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
