Air Quality Alert until MON 3:00 PM MDT Issued September, 18 2020 at 10:54 AM - US/Mountain expires September, 21 2020 at 3:00 PM - US/Mountain ...AN AIR POLLUTION FORECAST AND CAUTION FROM THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REMAINS IN EFFECT... Due to wildfire smoke, the air quality is expected to fluctuate between moderate and unhealthy in Blaine, Cassia, Lincoln, and Minidoka counties of Idaho. This advisory will remain in effect until air quality has significantly improved. When air quality is moderate, air quality is acceptable. However, people who are unusually sensitive to air pollution may experience health impacts and should consider reducing prolonged or heavy exertion. As air quality deteriorates to unhealthy, individuals who are sensitive to increased particulate or smoke levels are encouraged to avoid prolonged or strenuous outdoor activity.
