The warm, summer like weather on Wednesday will give way to much cooler temperatures on Thursday. The change will come in the form of a strong cold front sweeping through the valley and crossing the Boise area around 7am with showers and the rumble of thunder. Behind the front we will experience cooler, breezy conditions with a mixture of sun and clouds for Thursday afternoon.
Friday through the weekend will feature below average temperatures only in the 60s with lots of clouds, some sun and scattered showers. The mountain areas could see numerous showers for the next week!
