VALLEY COUNTY — On Sunday morning, the Valley County Sheriff's Office warned the public of thin ice spots after responding to a four-wheeler that broke through the ice on Lake Cascade.
The owner is working on its removal, VCSO says.
VCSO calls the rescue a "stark reminder" to always watch for areas of thin ice and open water spots when recreating.
