Congrats to Meridian High School softball player Lexi Knauss as was named this year's softball player of the year. Knauss led the Warriors to a runner-up finish at the 5a district three tournaments.
She finished the year batting 552 and had 11 home runs and 43 RBI. The Meridian native is set to play at the University of Montana this coming fall.
