The defense was electric against the Cajuns on Saturday, having 5 sacks and 12 tackles. The Broncos kept Louisiana off the scoreboard until the final snap of the first half. This week, the defense could be tested as Washington State runs an air raid offense.

The Cougars have one of the best in the nation under center with Luke Falk, who, even in the loss was 41 or 51 for 418 yards and 4 touchdowns. Faulk only had one interception against EWU as well.

"that dude seems like he is pretty smart he takes all his reads pocket passer great protection great o-line gotta watch a little more film on them but there a whole different animal the air raid offense is going to be fun to go against that its a huge challenge for us they got a great quarterback great wide receivers great running backs utilize them in the passing game so it will be a huge challenge for us,” Senior Linebacker Tanner.
