BOISE, Idaho — The Western Idaho Fair is in full swing at Expo Idaho, and some people are getting an up close look at creepy crawlies!

From now through the 25th, you can check out classic fair activities, like the ferris wheel and all those fair foods. There's also something for those a little more adventurous: Bug Ology!

The Bug Ology booth gives fair-goers a chance to learn a little something about insects in a hands-on way.

"You can go ahead and invite somebody in and maybe put a bug a cricket in their hand that's edible, or have them hold a scorpion or a tarantula or something that they never thought they would do in their entire life. You know, all of the sudden, that's a little victory for us," said Bug Ology co-owner Mike Majewski.

If bugs aren't your thing, you can catch Kachuna & the Alligator, a barnyard booth, and live music from 3 Doors Down, Dustin Lynch, and REO Speedwagon. A full list of fun can be found here.
