Two people are dead and seven more are in the hospital after a crash late Saturday night.

Idaho State Police say 18-year-old Thomas Hunt was driving northbound on Robinson Road in a 2002 Chevrolet Blazer when he ran the stop sign and collided with Jacob Ware, who was driving eastbound on Kuna Road.

Two of Hunt's passengers, a juvenile and 18-year-old Zachary Newman, were ejected from the vehicle and died on the scene.

Police say Hunt, two of his juvenile passengers, Ware and his three passengers were transported to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa.

Police say the passengers of the Chevrolet Blazer were not wearing seatbelts, but Ware and his passengers were wearing their seatbelts.
