The Oregon State Police are investigating a shooting that reportedly occurred sometime between 1:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. last Friday (December 9) on Interstate 84, at milepost 362, about twelve miles north of Ontario.
“The victim stated that he was driving a semi-truck tractor and trailer eastbound when a newer silver Chrysler passenger car, displaying a partial Idaho license plate of "1A" (Ada County), approached and shot three rounds from a gun into the side of the semi-truck tractor and trailer. No injuries were reported,” according to an OSP news release.
The shooting suspect is described as a white male believed to be in his thirties, with a dark beard and mustache, the release stated.
