BOISE, Idaho — Are you wanting a piece of the Coach Pete and Brian Harsin era? You can buy it by the square foot for about forty dollars!
Boise State is selling square foot sections of the old football turf for 39.95 dollars. There are 500 pieces available.
The turf will be sold through the Bronco Shop on the Hall of Fame patio at the unveiling of the new Smurf Turf Wednesday, June 5. The event will first open to members of the Bronco Athletic Association and season ticket holders at 5 p.m. The general public can see the new turf an hour later at 6.
The event is free and Brian Harsin, student athletes from the football team, the spirit squad and Buster Bronco will be on hand. Parking is also free in the West Stadium Lot.
