A Baker City, Oregon man that robbed a Boise gas station in 2013 has pleaded guilty to felony grand theft and aggravated assault.
Jonathon E. Whitlow was originally charged with felony counts of robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony but had those charges dropped in exchange for a plea bargain with Ada County prosecutors.
Whitlow originally robbed a Maverik store at 3080 S. Five Mile Road with a handgun and got away with cash.
After a long term investigation in which Whitlow was identified, Ada County prosecutors issued a warrant for his arrest in September.
Whitlow was arrested in Baker City, Oregon and brought back to Idaho.
Whitlow is being held in the Ada County Jail on a $250,000 bond as he awaits sentencing.
