Oregon man identified as victim in fatal crash

The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified a motorcycle rider that was killed on Highway 21 on Friday, May 13th.

46-year-old Jaylynnar Lee Doughty of Ontario, Oregon died of blunt force trauma due to a motorcycle versus vehicle accident.

Doughty was struck by a 19-year-old driver who swerved into oncoming traffic.

The Ada County Sheriff’s Office believes that a driver of a white van could have caused the wreck after making an unsafe pass on Highway 21.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information on the driver of the van or the crash itself to call investigators at 577-3723 or email cau@adaweb.net.
