GARDEN CITY, Idaho — The Treasure Valley is constantly seeing new growth, and neUdesign Architecture's Parkway Station is now a part of that trend.
The newest mixed-use development in Garden City nears completion this fall.
When complete, the three-story complex will offer both commercial and residential space to Garden City residents.
There will be 27 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units available.
neUdesign Architecture hopes to create a one of a kind mixed-use space that will help make the neighborhood a more diverse and walkable area.
