A viewer called Six On Your Side about a huge speeding problem in his neighborhood, where he says some people are driving forty to fifty miles an hour in residential areas.  It's the middle of summer and in neighborhoods like Columbia Village in East Boise, kids are playing outside, but that doesn't seem to stop some cars from speeding. The Boise Police Department says there are steps residents can take to send a message to speeders.
