ORIGINAL STORY:

Nampa Police are searching for a 4-year-old boy that was last seen early Monday morning at his home. Investigators believe the child may have snuck out of his Nampa residence and wandered off on foot.

On 09/26/16 at 9:00 a.m., Nampa Police dispatch was contacted about the missing 4-year-old. He was last seen at his home on the 7300 block of East Hampshire Lane at approximately 7:30 a.m. He apparently snuck out of his residence and left on foot.

The missing child is Callen Wright, 4-years-old. Wright is 4 foot tall and weighs 45 pounds. He has short, dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. Wright is possibly wearing a white jersey shirt that has “USA” in camo print on it. There is writing above and below the “USA” but it is unknown what that writing is.

Currently, several Nampa Police Officers and volunteers are searching for Wright. The Nampa Police CART (Child Abduction Response Team) has been activated for the search for this child in addition to other officers and volunteers on scene. There is no information at this time that Wright has been abducted.

The Nampa Police Department is asking for the public to help locate this missing child. If you have information please contact the Nampa Police Department at 465-2257.
