The Nampa Police Department has identified a man they want to talk to in connection to a weekend shooting in the 300 block of 12th Ave. Rd. on Saturday.
Police are searching for Hector S. Martinez Jr.
“Detectives have been trying to locate Hector Martinez, so far unsuccessfully, in order to question him,” Nampa Police Lt. Eric Skoglund said. “At this time we want to question him about his involvement in this incident.”
If you know where he is or know how to find him contact Detective Norm Corder at 475-5708 or call Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous at 343-COPS.
The search for Martinez is connected to a shooting that happened early Saturday morning. Officers were called to the scene on 12th Ave. South after reports of gun shots. They found a building and two cars with bullet holes.
Not long after that a man was brought into a local hospital with gun shot wounds. Police believe those two incidents are related, but have not identified the man or provided any information on his condition.
