The Ada County Sheriff’s Office has announced that a man has been cited for illegal dumping in south Ada County.
26-year-old Matthew Ray Bryant of Boise was cited for illegal dumping after deputies figured out Bryant was responsible for some of the trash in the gravel pit.
The dump in question is a gravel pit located just south of Tenmile Creek Road in south Ada County.
The trash included tires, a hot tub, roof shingles, and paint. Deputies are still pursuing leads on who dumped old construction materials and other trash at the site.
The ACSO Sheriff’s Labor Detail cleaned up the debris out of the pit last week.
If you are found illegally dumping, you may face a $300 fine and up to 10 days in jail.
