A Nampa woman is left devastated after discovering her daughter's wedding flowers were stolen from right outside the salon where she works.

When Terra Stinnett arrived for her shift at Charisma & Co Salon and Spa in Nampa on Tuesday, June 13, something was missing. The flowers she had planted in early May for her daughter's wedding next weekend were gone.

"I was just sick," Stinnett said. "I didn't know how we would replace those flowers and have it be pretty for my daughter's wedding."

Stinnett had brought the arrangements of blue-eyed beauties, African daisies and petunias to the salon, so her co-workers could help her care for them.

The thieves waited until it was dark before taking the 13 plants. Each were in a five-gallon bucket.

The Stinnett family has already replaced the flowers for the wedding, but it's the sentiment associated with the old flowers that they'll miss.

"They didn't just steal pots full of flowers. They had a purpose," Stinnett said. "They kind of ruined my daughter's wedding day."

The Stinnetts did file a police report, so if you happen to know who stole them, contact Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
