KUNA, Ida. — Tonight, Kuna residents can weigh in on the city's comprehensive plan ahead of possible deliberations by the Kuna City Council.
A public hearing will be held during the regular Kuna City Council meeting, starting at 6 p.m. The public will be able to view the final draft of Envision Kuna, as well as land use maps that cover the goals and guides for Kuna's future.
The final draft will go before the public and city council members Tuesday evening after being approved unanimously by the Kuna Planning and Zoning Commission in April. Commissioners also changed a zoning designation for a parcel of land on Meridian Road.
The Envision Kuna public hearing may be followed by council members starting deliberations on the plan, moving to a possible vote or moving to continue a public hearing. The council meeting starts at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, at the Kuna City Hall Council Chamber. To view the full meeting agenda, click here. For more on the comprehensive plan, click here or here.
