Many parades and celebrations honor those in the military who fight to protect America.

But in the fight against a virus .... the warriors are doctors and other essential workers.
So today, the military turned the tables and honored those who have pledged to do no harm.

The sound of a military jet is considered the sound of freedom
But the noise of two a-10 Thunderbolts from Boise and two F-15's from Mountain Home is one of gratitude

The hospital workers at Saint Lukes and Saint Alphonsus took time out to witness the low level tribute that crossed from Caldwell to Idaho Falls.
The planes couldn't be more different.
The F-15 is supersonic, the a-10 ... Well, it's a Warthog.

But they're both part of a defense that is unparalleled in the world.
Something they have in common with the front line workers on the ground.
