The Idaho State Police expects to release more details Wednesday evening on a vehicle that plunged into the Payette River off Highway 55.
Both Idaho State Police troopers and Boise County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene Wednesday afternoon on a report of a submerged vehicle.
The scene was at milepost 55, two miles south of Banks and north of Horseshoe Bend.
ISP is not yet saying if the vehicle or retrieved or if anyone was found inside.
