BOISE, Idaho — Free pizza? You heard that right.
Idaho Pizza Company is giving away 100 free pies on Friday at St. Vincent de Paul. All you need is your Idaho ID.
"St. Vincent de Paul of Southwest Idaho is grateful to our area partners in fighting food insecurity in the Treasure Valley, and offering a nice perk with local heroes Guild Mortgage and Idaho Pizza Company to give away pizzas on Friday. We have the best partners, both local businesses and local nonprofits helping our pantry system meet the needs of people who turn to us for help. Thanks to Guild Mortgage and Idaho Pizza Company for making Friday at the pantry an unexpected fun 'pizza day' one," said Executive director Ralph May.
The event is being held at the St. Vincent de Paul Overland Food Pantry from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. or until the pizzas are distributed.
