Crews have contained a wildfire that destroyed a home and several outbuildings in Canyon County.
The fire burned more than 260 acres three miles west of Sand Hollow.
Crews tell us the fire was human caused, but have not said exactly how it started on Sunday. Firefighters hope to have it fully controlled by this evening.
In addition to the home and outbuildings several vehicles were also destroyed.
The fire burned on BLM and private land. Crews from Nampa, Eagle and Middleton assisted in the firefighting efforts.
Helicopters dropped water on nearby outbuildings in attempts to stop flames from spreading further.
