Canyon County has not escaped the flooding and residents fear it could get worse before it gets better. Near 1st Avenue North and East Madison in Caldwell, a few homes are surrounded by a foot of standing water.

"I don't know if more water could be seeping into the house itself," said one resident.

Outside of Notus along the banks of the Boise river. Some pastures are now soaked with water even forcing one rancher to move his equipment to higher ground.

"Everything is underwater, we've never had this much water in our buildings out here," said one rancher.

Just like Ada County, Canyon County is also under a State of Emergency so authorities can get the help they need faster.
