ONTARIO — The Eastern Oregon Cannabis Festival will happen for the first time in Ontario as the Malheur County Fairgrounds hosts the festival on Saturday.

The festival will feature music, vendors and games for adults 21 and older, however, the goal of the festival is to educate people on all things cannabis.

"We are going to have some fantastic vendors who are going to show us products that we haven't seen before," said Stormy Ray the festival's organizer. "This is adults behaving in the most delightful way."

The festival will not have any products with THC for sale and there will be no consuming marijuana products because it's against the rules at the fairgrounds, however, there will be a tent available for people with medical marijuana cards to be able to medicate.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and it is five dollars to get into the festival.
