BOISE, Idaho — A Boise woman has been charged with four counts of aggravated driving under the influence after a months long investigation. The two-vehicle-crash happened on July 2 on Orchard Street south of Diamond Street.
A three-year-old girl died from her injuries sustained during the crash. Three other victims were also injured and taken to the hospital.
Members of the Boise Police Criminal Investigation Unit and a Crash Reconstruction Team sent their investigations to the Ada County Prosecutor's Office for a review of possible charges. A warrant was issued with four charges of aggravated DUI for Anna Mihelich, 53, on Monday.
Mihelich was taken into custody and taken to the Ada County Jail on Tuesday.
