BOISE, Idaho — A 3-year-old Nampa girl is dead after a crash last week near the Orchard street and Diamond street intersection in Boise.

Police say the multi-injury crash happened just after 12:00 a.m. on July 2nd. Boise Police say an SUV was traveling southbound on Orchard street and a van, driven by a 34-year-old woman, was traveling northbound when they collided.

The van had a 16-year-old boy in the passenger seat, and the 3-year-old and an 8-year-old girl were in the back seat. All four people in the van and the driver of the SUV were taken to the hospital.

The driver of the SUV, 53-year-old Anna Mihelich of Boise, has since been released from the hospital. The 8-year-old and the 16-year-old are still in the hospital.

The Ada County Coroner says Odalys Martinez passed away Monday evening at St. Luke's Regional Medical center.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and detectives are waiting on toxicology reports. No charges have been filed at this time.
