BOISE - Voters in the Boise School District headed to the polls Tuesday to elect new members to the school district's board of trustees.
Three candidates ran for two openings. The winning candidates will serve a 6-year term. School leaders say unofficial absentee and early voting numbers show about 800 people had already made their voice heard.
Trustee Election Results:
- David Wagers: 3,374 Votes Winner
- Beth Oppenheimer: 3,562 Votes Winner
- Monica Walker: 311 Votes
