A California man is behind bars accused of two separate incidents of stalking in Boise and police say he could be involved in more unreported cases.
Scott Collinson faces two counts of felony stalking and one count of misdemeanor battery.
Police say in April of 2015 a man approached a woman in a store on Milwaukee and started asking her questions about her clothing and then touched her inappropriately.
Then, last December, investigators say two girls reported a man asked them concerning questions about the clothes they were wearing and said they were scared for their safety in the area of Milwaukee and Franklin.
After looking at surveillance footage police linked Collinson to both cases. He was arrested on Thursday in Fairfield, California and is set to be extradited back to Idaho.
