BOISE — Boise Police Special Victims Unit detectives have arrested a man in connection with a video voyeurism incident where a man allegedly held a cell phone over the top of a changing room at a Boise business in July.

Police received the report of a video voyeurism incident on Friday afternoon, July 12th, at a store near the intersection of Emerald Street and Milwaukee Streets.

“Witness reports indicate that an unidentified man held a cell phone over the top of a private changing room as though they were attempting to record the victim inside against their wishes. Evidence indicates the suspect then ran from the store,” according to a Boise Police Department news release on July 16th.

Boise Police identified the suspect as 36-year-old Aaron Seifert of New Plymouth. He was found at his home and was taken into custody. He was booked into the Payette County Jail for two felony video voyeurism warrants.
