A Boise man involved in a plane crash in Oregon earlier this year has been arrested on a felony drug manufacturing charge.

Boise Police say 38-year-old Mathew Thompson and 34-year-old Zachary Moore were involved in a plane crash in Medford back on June 8. Both men received only minor injuries in the crash, but were taken into custody on felony drug charges after an investigation by local law enforcement.

Later on, Boise Police received concerns from North End neighbors of illicit drug activity at a home in Boise. When police searched the home on June 12, they found equipment that indicated a suspected drug manufacturing operation was taking place. Officers also found evidence the two residents of the home were Thompson and Moore.

Felony arrest warrants were issued for Thompson and Moore, and Thompson was taken into custody in Boise on Wednesday in the area of Five Mile and Lake Hazel. He is currently being held in the Ada County Jail.

Investigators are still attempting to locate Moore (pictured left in the image above) and ask that anyone with information as to his whereabouts contact Crime Stoppers by calling 343-COPS (2677), visiting www.343COPS.com, or leaving a tip using the “P3 Tips” app for your mobile device.
