Boise athlete heads to the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association world championships

Jesse Majnxer won the ninja regional competition at Camp Rhino back in May, this weekend Majxner will be competing at the UNAA world championships in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Majxner said the key to being a successful ninja is confidence and building up grip strength to conquer the obstacles, he is a bit worried about the balancing obstacles that accompany all the ninja competitions.

Jesse works out at Graffiti Fit, a gym owned and operated by his wife Jessica, Jesse works as a physical therapist at the VA in Boise, the world championships will be just his third competition.

"Yeah I just started, my brother from Montana came to visit and we took my nieces to the gym and just had a lot of fun," said Majxner. "That led to one competition and then the next."

Both Majxner's say they are excited to represent Boise and look forward to the competition this weekend.
