At the City of Boise's Planning and Zoning meeting on Tuesday, residents of the Blue Valley mobile home park in Boise appealed an approval of a trucking terminal right next to their homes.
Representatives from the mobile home park and R and L Carriers were both there to testify.
It's estimated there were 30 people there to testify and each were allowed three minutes.
