BOISE, Idaho — Getting little kids to behave and perform for a baby shower photo shoot can be a real challenge. It's like herding cats, but cats don't throw diapers at you.

At the annual Community Baby Shower photo shoot: occasionally there is a well-timed calm before the storm.

Fardus Kadir brought five of the cutest kids ever and they're all hers. There's the dapper baby, the precocious sisters and the energetic oldest brother.

And in the middle of it all is photographer Brenda Leap, owner of Leap Photography, who makes it all happen.

"It's about these little ones." says Leap, "They're young and can't take care of themselves. Everyone has been in a situation where they just needed a helping hand."

Brenda spent the day with her energy turned up to 11. "I thought it was pretty fun. Pretty sweaty though, I shouldn't have worn makeup." she said.

But at least she avoided the diaper fight. That's Michelle Edmond's territory. And in the end, Leap says it's all about getting the picture.

"I know when the moment's when I got the shot and the money shot and the one that is the keeper," said Leap.

And when you work this hard, the keepers come in bunches. The Community Baby Shower is this Wednesday. You can drop off baby supplies, especially diapers, at any Albertsons on Wednesday.
