BOISE, Idaho — Being a new parent can be overwhelming, but a local program has been helping out for twenty years. The Saint Alphonsus Family Center in Boise has offered the "Baby and Me" support group for new parents, caregivers and family members.
The support group is open for parents and their babies from 0 to 12 months old. The free program allows for people to ask questions in a safe environment. New moms and dads have access to a wide range of classes that are available at different times. No registration is required for the classes.
The group meets every Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Saint Alphonsus Family Center on Liberty Street. A breastfeeding support group follows immediately after. You can learn more about the program by clicking here.
