Police say Legend Nico Garza-Cota was found safe in Draper, Utah, canceling Tuesday's AMBER alert. His mother, Marisol Garza, is in custody according to police.

An AMBER alert has been issued for a 1-year-old boy who was last seen Tuesday.
The child, Legend Nico Garza-Cota, was last seen Jan. 19. Authorities say the mother, 39-year-old Marisol Garza, is driving a 2006 Nissan Altima with plates 2Cvc722. Garza has a tattoo on her face, left arm, left leg, right arm and right leg.
