MCCALL, Idaho — The second day of the McCall Winter Carnival kicked off with this year's Mardi Gras Parade with floats lining the streets of the downtown area.
Members of the Idaho News 6 team were on the scene as the parade took to the streets, their coverage of the event is available in the video above.
