Boise Police have arrested two people accused of trespassing in Alto Via Court in the Boise foothills.
Officers were called to the neighborhood on Sunday afternoon after witnesses saw four men in the area. 33-year-old Blake Beverly and 24-year-old Kristopher Richins were taken to the Ada County Jail and face charges of trespassing and public intoxication. Two juveniles were also found in the neighborhood and were taken to their families.
Officers are still warning everyone to stay away from the area. It is considered dangerous because of a continuing landslide. There are several signs and baracades warning everyone to stay out. If you venture onto private property you could be charged.
