Mojo pork chops. Recipe serves 4
4 10-12 ounce pork chops
Marinade
1 cup bitter orange juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup minced garlic
½ T sugar
1t oregano
1t kosher salt
1t pepper
Marinate chops in half of the marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Remove chops from marinade and place on broiler to get good grill marks.
Place in ovenable pan, top with remaining marinade and bake till your desired level of doneness.
Use pan jus to top vegetable sides.
