If it’s your dream to work from the comfort of your own living room, here’s some good news: Williams-Sonoma is on the hunt for remote customer service agents for the holidays.

The retail giant owns some of the biggest brands in home furnishings, including Pottery Barn, West Elm and Mark and Graham. Its headquarters are in San Francisco, but it needs 2,500 seasonal customer service associates throughout the U.S. this holiday season to provide product information and help callers with orders, delivery and returns issues.

“Our associates are our lifeline so when they talk, we listen!” said Josh Layton, recruiting manager at Williams-Sonoma, per a FlexJobs press release. “As we look to expand into new territories throughout the country, our target is to eventually provide our associates an opportunity to take their job with them wherever they go!”

Work-from-home opportunities are available in several states, including Alabama, California, Nevada, Florida, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Utah. The full list can be found on the Williams-Sonoma website, where you can apply for the role that interests you.

You can also apply through the FlexJobs website if you’re a member (and if you’re not, it only takes a moment to register).

Think you’d make a great addition to the Williams-Sonoma team? First of all, you need to have a high school diploma and some customer service experience. You also need to have a desktop computer or laptop with high-speed internet access, a web camera for virtual interaction and a compatible headset.

If you’re hired, the job starts with three weeks of paid training (this is also done remotely). The typical working week is 40 hours over five days, with one weekend day included in the schedule.

As far as the pay and benefits go, the remote customer service agent role pays $12 per hour and comes with a 40% discount on merchandise and access to associate engagement contests and events.

Plus, of course, you get all the usual work-from-home perks, like not having to commute, enjoying your lunch break in your own kitchen and being able to — shhh! — work in your pajamas.
