UPDATE (As of 3 p.m.): All roads have been reopened, according to ACHD.
Traffic is blocked in all directions at the Eagle Road eastbound off-ramp because of a rollover crash. Emergency crews are on the scene.
The Ada County Highway district says that drivers should expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
