expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Idaho and northeast and southeast
Oregon.
* WHEN...From noon MDT /11 AM PDT/ today to 9 PM MDT /8 PM PDT/ this
evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
