The Broncos will have the next week off to prepare to face Oregon State on September 24th. It will also give quarterback Brett Rypien the chance to learn from his mistakes on Saturday.
Rypien threw a touchdown and also finished with 299 yards passing but completed just 19 of 35 pass attempts and he also had 3 interceptions. A pair of those interceptions happened when the Broncos were wanting to run out the clock in the 4th quarter.
Coach Harsin says those late game interceptions are on him calling plays.
“It was absolutely with me certainly I second guess just like everybody else does. It’s awesome when it works to throw a touchdown and it's like your the man but the day you picked off you second guess that there’s no question about that we will correct it,” said, Head Coach Bryan Harsin.
