The past couple of days some weird things have been happening in the world of social media and Boise State.
A tweet on Saturday showed a Florida Gators visor has the wording Boise state written on it. Neither of the two school has faced each other on the gridiron and both schools are on opposite sides of the country.
The craziness continued today when the college football Reddit Twitter page submitted a college football map of the United States from a restaurant in Dubai, showing Vandals labeled the college team of the gem state. That's not all out of the ordinary but check out the state of Georgia, because that would be Boise State.
I guess maybe that 2011 Chick-fil-a kickoff game with the Broncos winning 35 to 21 really had an impact on residents of Dubai.
