The Idaho Vandals are inching closer to the end of spring football as the team gets set for a scrimmage this Friday.
Coach Petrino has been impressed by what he has seen out of his team so far.
Fridays first of two scrimmages will be at Lewiston High School, with the practice game switching from a stadium atmosphere to high school fans will have a closer perspective of the action and will be able to soak in what college football is all about.
“I think our players will enjoy Lewiston. It will be back when they were in high school on Friday night games under the lights. I think they will really enjoy that. The spring game is going to be a great event because we are going to honor all the guys that played last year and give out the rings and honor last year's team,” said, Head Coach Paul Petrino.
